Aaron Goldman, CMO, 4C

Aaron has been in digital marketing for nearly 20 years and has experience on the publisher side (L90/MaxOnline/Ask Jeeves), agency side (Resolution Media/Omnicom), and tech side (Kenshoo/4C). At 4C he runs global marketing as the company leads the convergence of TV and social.

What has been your proudest career accomplishment to date?

Selling Resolution Media to Omnicom in 2005 was a great outcome for our team, our investors, and most importantly, our clients. The Query Matrix we created was truly ahead of its time.

What’s the best piece of advice you can give to future 40 under 40 honorees?

Pay attention to the details. The little things can make all the difference. And always bet on black.

What do you hope to accomplish in the next 5 years?

Turn 4C into a unicorn. Find a real unicorn. Adopt said unicorn.

What is one interesting fact about you that few people know?

I once bet on black in roulette 7 times in a row and lost every spin. So forget what I said earlier.
