In-Home Service Professionals Inc. has divested from Smith+Noble LLC effective June 20.
ISP, Corona, CA, manages a national network of independent contractors serving the home décor market. As an independent company, ISP expects to be able to grow its customer base by activating its list of installation contractors nationwide.
Multichannel custom-made window treatments and home décor merchant Smith+Noble will continue to partner with ISP under a multiyear, multichannel and multiproduct service agreement.
Smith+Noble is one of the brands in Cornerstone Brands’ portfolio, along with Ballard Designs, Garnet Hill and TravelSmith. Cornerstone is an InterActiveCorp division, which also owns Home Shopping Network and Ticketmaster.
