Infographic: How recruiters use LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter to find candidates

Let’s face it,everyone’s looking at your social media profile, especially when it comes to the professional space. LinkedIn of course has an obvious part to play – that’s where you present yourself professionally – but increasingly Facebook and Twitter are becoming a larger part of the equation.

According to this infographic from Bullhorn, recruiters are increasingly using social media to identify and engage quality candidates. 21% of recruiters use all three platforms to do so. Surprisingly, it’s Twitter and not LinkedIn that drives the most job activity, with 8.4 times more job apps per contact than Facebook, and 2.8 times more than LinkedIn.
