Giga Information Group, Cambridge, MA, and Nielsen//NetRatings Inc., Milpitas, CA, said yesterday that Giga will include Nielsen//NetRatings’ Web audience measurement information in its Web Site ScoreCard service. The agreement allows Giga to offer its clients Internet audience metrics to complement its Web assessment and benchmarking service.
The new feature is expected to help companies compete online and create a comprehensive, strategic e-business Web site analysis tool, the companies said.
The Web Site ScoreCard helps organizations ensure that their sites are in line with their business goals and practices. It also reviews competitors’ sites and best-of-breed sites for strategic comparison.
