Unica Corp., a provider of analytical CRM and marketing automation, and Acxiom Corp., a customer data integration provider, said yesterday that Unica, Lincoln, MA, will integrate Acxiom's AbiliTec software with the Affinium software suite.
Unica's Affinium provides marketers with the ability to share information across multiple data stores. AbiliTec allows companies to link contact information captured in real time from multiple touch points.
According to the companies, the combined effort allows companies to link data from various touch points in an effort to gain a unified view of their customers.
Unica, Lincoln, MA, customers include Lands' End, Marriott, Fingerhut and United Parcel Service. Acxiom, Little Rock, AR, had revenues of $1.06 billion last year.
