What has been your proudest career accomplishment to date?

In April 2016, I transformed the company’s search program by bringing the paid and organic search teams in house with no media downtime. Doing this allowed the company to move forward with full data ownership and unlimited collaboration opportunities as a top 10 Google advertiser.

What’s the best piece of advice you can give to future 40 under 40 honorees?

Identify your passion in your industry and dedicate yourself to vigorously supporting it. For example, I work to empower and educate girls today who will grow into exceptional businesswomen in the future. Exposing more girls to STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) can foster their passion for digital innovation, which is at the heart of continued successes in the media and entertainment industry.

What do you hope to accomplish in the next 5 years?

There will be continued technological transformations driven by AI and machine learning in the near future. Customers crave immersive, multi-screen entertainment experiences. We will deliver these to them in a responsive, personalized manner. We will see substantial enhancements across all points of consumer engagement, from in-product services to self-healing equipment. Ultimately, this will deliver sales growth as well as improving digital engagement and reducing customer churn.

What is one interesting fact about you that few people know?
