Wilson Relaunches Firm as Wilson Relationship Marketing Services

David Wilson announced July 18 the launch of Wilson Relationship Marketing Services.

Formerly WilsonRusch, Wilson RMS is a full-service direct marketing agency offering integrated services that bridge digital and traditional media. With a focus on direct mail strategy and creative, Wilson RMS helps companies create profitable customer interactions across a complex array of media choices. The company executes targeted and creative programs at every phase of the customer life cycle – from acquisition and activation to cross-sell and retention expertise.

Headquartered in New York with operations in San Francisco and Atlanta, Wilson RMS employs 40 professionals.

Wilson RMS employs “Informed Creativity” or creativity bolstered by analytical strategies steeped in deep audience understanding, continual program testing and measurement, data management technology and multichannel customer analysis.

Wilson also announced the appointment of Demirhan Yenigun as chief analytics officer. Yenigun, who has more than 20 years of marketing experience and a Ph.D in economics, will enhance the Wilson RMS “Informed Creativity” approach through database marketing projects, market analysis, media mix optimization and campaign design. Prior to Wilson RMS, Yenigun co-founded DomainGo Inc., an Internet data mining and analytical consulting company serving clients such as D&B and Network Solutions. He was also a senior vice president and partner at Macrosoft, an information management consulting firm specializing in services for telecommunications companies.
