T-Systems, a Deutsche Telekom AG subsidiary and a leading European information and communications technology provider, has implemented the Trillium Software System data quality solution. Trillium Software is a data profiling and quality solutions vendor and a division of Harte-Hanks.
T-Systems deployed the software system to ensure the quality of its internal customer data within its Siebel CRM environment.
“The decisive factor in choosing to implement this system was the Siebel certification of the Trillium Software System,” Reinhard Kopp, IT project manager in the T-Systems CIO division, said last week. “That certificate provides evidence that the requirements for integration into the existing T-Systems CRM system largely can be considered already fulfilled, allowing us to focus on other aspects of implementation.”
