Harte-Hanks' Trillium Software division yesterday announced the availability of Trillium Software System version 5.0 and a new module for the system that allows users to track dynamic customer relationships in up to 50 dimensions.
The Trillium Software System is an enterprisewide solution for data cleansing, customer identification and relationship matching that aims to solve data quality problems.
New features of version 5.0 include:
· Client/server with Java GUI interface, which makes it easier for remote users to access the data quality process and exposes the Trillium license to multiple users and multiple seats economically.
· Pure Java Windows NT or Windows 2000 control center.
· Real-time XML processing.
· New Java-based business rule editors.
Billerica, MA-based Trillium said the new module — Trillium Customer Key Manager –allows companies to have a consistent method to understand changes in each customer relationship over time and through a variety of channels.
The new module maintains customer identities independent of changing customer characteristics; tracks relationships between customers; and recognizes changes in customer data over multiple interactions.
