Ticketmaster Online-City Search Inc., Pasadena, CA, yesterday acquired TicketWeb Inc., a privately held company based in Berkeley, CA, for stock valued at $35.2 million.
TicketWeb's 700 customers include New York’s Bowery Ballroom and the San Diego Zoo.
Earlier this year, Ticketmaster bought 2b Technologies Inc., which specialized in selling tickets for museum and cultural events.
