Robert B. Swick, the former vice president of data services at Anchor Computer Inc., has moved to Pitney Bowes Inc. the, Stamford, CT-based provider of integrated mail and document management systems, services and solutions. Swick is now Pitney Bowes' director of data quality solutions,
a newly created position. He will work with mailers, the industry and the USPS to help eliminate Undeliverable-As-Addressed mail. Swick will operate out of Tampa, FL. He will continue to write his In the Mail Stream column for DM News.
