List brokerage and management concern The SpeciaLISTS Ltd., Weehawken, NJ, is expected to announce today that it is opening an office in the San Francisco area to serve as the headquarters for its e-mail list management and brokerage division, called eSpeciaLISTS. The office also will handle brokerage and management of traditional lists, and will do analysis and distribution for e-mail lists.
