SAP releases marketing gap analysis tool

SAP released a free marketing gap analysis tool in conjunction with Raab Associates. 

The tool, available at marketingtechgap.com, asks respondents to provide which current programs and campaigns they currently have active and to assess their organization’s general receptiveness to change. The tool then spits out an assessment of the organization’s current setup and how to identify and improve upon gaps in its systems.

SAP provides a cloud-based marketing software that enables organizations to handle end-to-end sales, CRM, and marketing. Once the tool returns an assessment, individuals are encouraged to opt in to receive more thought leadership from SAP.
