RTC Relationship Marketing is looking to hire 60 advertising and marketing executives to staff its Washington office to help the shop manage its growth.
Positions include database manager, broadcast producer, Web developer, interactive producer, copywriters, art directors, marketing analyst, teleservices manager, designers and production managers.
Meanwhile, RTCRM hired George Fencl from Tocquigny Marketing, Austin, TX. He is senior vice president and director of strategy and insights and has been charged with growing the strategy practice and managing primary and secondary research needs.
RTCRM is part of British agency conglomerate WPP PLC, which also owns Wunderman, Y&R, JWT, Ogilvy & Mather and Landor.
