Rivals.com, Seattle, last week launched its third fishing Web site in the last 90 days when it announced CafFishingShow.com, an offshoot of the television program The California Fishing Show.
CafFishingShow.com, Lake Arrowhead, CA, will feature the reporting of Gordon McHenry, an outdoors journalist and host of the California Fishing television show. McHenry has been a wildlife reporter for more than 20 years and a syndicated fishing columnist for the past 11 years.
The site will also offer video clips from the California Fishing Show and a gallery of photos featuring fish indigenous to the Golden State.
Terms of the agreement between the CafFishingShow.com and Rivals.com were not released.
Rivals.com, a burgeoning online network of sports team and affinity sites, gains its sixth online channel dedicated solely to fishing because of the deal. Since April, the Internet company has also helped launch Fishsniffer.com and Women-Fishing.com.
