Retail Campaign, Honorable Mention: 2nd Time Around and RedPoint Global

2nd Time Around, one of the leading consignment retailers, found itself facing many of the same challenges conventional retailers now face: Siloed and inconsistent data, old systems and protocols, and general consistency with communications across the organization.

Following a recent rebrand, 2nd Time Around partnered with RedPoint Global to address these challenges, specifically bringing years’ worth of data from consigners and sellers to a unified database. Through its RedPoint partnership, 2nd Time Around was able to improve email segmentation, grow its transactional email open rates more than 65%, and increase sales at its highest price point more than 20%.
