Quadstone Limited, Boston, announced that its customer relationship enhancement tool, Transactionhouse, is now available. According to Quadstone, the service provides access to information on the day-to-day behavior of customers.
Transactionhouse puts transactional data in the correct form for customer segmentation and analysis, and then captures the results of the analysis and uses them for customer management. The service also allows the behavior models created by marketing analysts to be reused and updated according to new information. Transactionhouse for NT Servers will be released in July. Pricing starts at $70,000 for data sets of up to one million customers.
