Primedia Consolidates Enthusiast Media Lists

Primedia said Friday that it is consolidating its 115 consumer enthusiast magazine titles, affinity master files and Powerbase to three list managers, effective today.

Chilcutt Direct Marketing, Oklahoma City, will manage the 17 outdoors titles featuring hunting, fishing and shooting titles. Titles include Shooting Times, Bowhunter and Fly Fisherman. Starting July 7, Chilcutt also will manage the hunting and fishing license holders.

ClientLogic Specialists Marketing Services, Weehawken, NJ, will manage the 69 action sports, home tech, marine automotive and motorcycle titles as well as segments of Primedia's Powerbase, a collective subscriber database of 7 million active subscribers. Titles include Climbing, Boatworks, Motor Trend and Hot Rod.

Millard Group Inc., Peterborough, NH, will manage the 29 equine, history, crafts, scrapbooking, quilting/sewing, gems and soap opera titles as well as other segments of Powerbase. Titles include Aviation History, Soap Opera Weekly and Horse & Rider.
