Precision Response Corp., a customer relationship management solution provider, and NewChannel Inc. have agreed to combine their technologies for a new customer relationship management solution.
NewChannel, a customer acquisition solution provider, will incorporate its solution into PRC Netpro, an online customer acquisition tool. The combined technologies allow companies to target visitors to their Web sites and invite them to a live online sales consultation.
The solution decides which visitors receive the invitations, according to a set of rules defined by the client. The visitor can communicate with an agent through text chat or by phone.
