One on One: Pete Hess on Customer Care

Last week, we reported that the company created by the merger of social media mavens Spredfast, and customer care and community specialists Lithium, had rebranded itself as Khoros. Kim Davis was in San Francisco last week, and dropped by Khoros’s sun-drenched Embardero office to talk to CEO Pete Hess about the rapidly evolving customer care space.
