Mailnet, J. Nissi Start Church Marketing Effort

Mailnet Services Inc., Nashville, TN, said yesterday that it formed a partnership with Nashville-based J. Nissi Corp. to start a national program to let churches streamline their marketing and member communication initiatives.

J. Nissi distributes banners, flags and accessories to churches and corporations worldwide.

Under the one-year agreement, Mailnet Services will provide J. Nissi's new ChurchMailer.com division with access to direct marketing and database management tools through two online products, MailnetExpress and Listcleanup.com.

Congregations setting up an account with ChurchMailer.com will be able to use direct mail and e-mail campaign tools, church bulletin and newsletter templates, printing and database cleanup services and list-rental options to develop and improve their member communications and outreach programs.

J. Nissi plans to roll out the program this fall and will promote ChurchMailer.com to its account base of 100,000 customers through e-mail campaigns, catalog ads and inside sales.
