J.L. Halsey Corporation’s e-mail marketing subsidiary Lyris Technologies launched an update to Lyris ListManager 9.1 that includes Yahoo Maps functionality for e-mail.
The Map Report shows the results of an e-mail campaign geographically. It displays a map of the country and provides state statistics on how many e-mails were sent and how the recipients in that state responded to the mailing. The statistics are based on open rates, clickthrough rates and conversion rates.
Lyris, Emeryville, CA, includes other new features in the ListManager 9.1 like A-Z indexing, which helps users navigate within large lists alphabetically.
The application programming interface functions have been expanded to include a “Quick Send” capability that makes it easier for users to send e-mails without going through the process of creating an entire campaign. There is also an enhanced survey results capability.
