InnerWorkings acquires Mikam Graphics

Managed print provider InnerWorkings Inc. has acquired print management firm Mikam Graphics.

“We are confident that the InnerWorkings’ platform will appeal to our current clients and will help us to build strong relationships with additional large publishers and retail catalogers,” said Jeffrey Getelman, principal at Mikam Graphics.

Getelman, along with the other Mikam principals, Donald Pesce and Harris Atkins, will continue to manage the company’s operations.

Mikam Graphics specializes in procurement and management of catalog, magazine, direct mail and commercial printing services. It generated revenue of approximately $30 million in 2007 and has 17 employees, including six sales representatives. In addition to its publishing specialization, Mikam Graphics serves clients across a range of business sectors, including retail, insurance, finance, travel, nonprofit, communications and professional sports. Headquartered in New York, Mikam will add to InnerWorkings’ existing presence there and enhance its positioning in the publishing and catalog sectors. Chicago-based InnerWorkings went public in August 2006.
