John H. Harland Co.'s analytical services division has started Stratics Opportunity Analysis, a consulting service for financial institutions.
The Atlanta-based company said the service helps financial institutions formulate and implement “highly actionable marketing strategies” that are specific to each institution. The service focuses on the ability to cross-sell additional products and services, and to retain an institution's most profitable customers.
“By using intelligence regarding future customer behaviors to drive marketing programs, financial institutions can allocate resources where they will be most effective,” said Andy Daniell, vice president at Harland Analytical Services.
The consulting service is part of Harland's Stratics suite of predictive models that predict customer banking behavior.
