Experian announced the launch yesterday of a business-to-business resource for marketers called Experian's BizInsight (experianbizinsight.com), which incorporates Experian's credit and demographic databases and decisioning software and delivery systems.
According to Experian, one feature of BizInsight is List Link, a list generation service that lets users build and download marketing lists and Experian's Business Hotline File, a list of recently started businesses.
Also available is the Penetration and Revenue Potential Report providing an analysis of marketplace penetration and identifying potential new business targets. Users may also supplement their existing customer lists with new information, such as demographic and credit data, by tapping the company's data enhancement services. Other resources include Business Credit Extract, which allows the user to credit-qualify potential customers, and Intelliscore, a statistical modeling system used to forecast credit behavior.
One key part of BizInsight is Experian's National Business Database, which provides access to more than 15 million businesses from all industries nationwide and incorporates the company's proprietary Business Credit Database. Other features include the BizInsight Resource Center with information about BTB direct marketing, an online newsletter, and a Direct Marketing 101 section for those new to the industry.
