Prime Response, Cambridge, MA, yesterday said that E*TRADE, and Alliance & Leicester have both signed on to use Prime Response’s eMarketing automation solutions, Prime Vantage and [email protected], respectively. According to Prime Response the goal of the agreement for both is to help them enhance their customer loyalty by enabling them to create personalized one-to-one marketing campaigns.
E*TRADE, a provider of electronic personal financial services, plans to upgrade to [email protected] in the future.
Alliance & Leicester, a financial services group, will deploy [email protected] within its customer relationship management program, giving it the ability to deliver targeted financial services solutions, built from detailed information on customer behavior and requirements.
“[email protected] will allow us to implement both proactive and event-driven marketing campaigns enabling us to build stronger relationships with our customers,” said Andrew Robinson, director of business development at Alliance & Leicester. “Our central business objective is to put our customer first and completely understand their requirements. [email protected] will allow us to leverage our data to achieve quantifiable results.”
Other financial service groups using Prime Response eMarketing solutions include Advanve Bank, Allianz, Bank of Ireland, Bank of Scotland, Standard Life and the Royal Bank of Scotland.
