The Direct Marketing Association Ethics & Consumer Affairs department will hold a teleconference on new telemarketing regulations from 2 to 4 p.m. EST July 23.
The teleconference will cover topics including predictive dialers, prerecorded voice marketing, caller ID, fax advertising and the national and state no-call lists.
Presenters include attorneys Ian Volner of Venable, Baetjer, Howard & Civiletti and Stuart Ingis of Piper Rudnick as well as DMA senior vice president of government affairs Jerry Cerasale.
