Commence Corp., a customer relationship management software provider, yesterday began offering its Fast Start program, aimed at small and mid-size vendors.
Fast Start provides Commence business partners with training, lead generation and the opportunity to participate in promotional activities such as direct mail campaigns, seminars and trade shows.
Commence said Fast Start is also integral in the rollout of their new software, Commence Relationship Management, which allows users to manage, track, and view business interactions with customers, vendors, suppliers and partners.
“With the new Fast Start program, we have made a significant investment and commitment to providing business partners with all of the tools necessary to get up and running on Commence software, along with the marketing and technical support they need to leverage opportunities in the exploding (small and mid-size business) market for CRM solutions,” said David Valentino, vice president of sales at Commence.
Commence, Oakhurst, NJ, is scheduled to ship its RM software this month and is priced at $695 per user license.
