BlueGill Technologies, a provider of billing- and statement-creating software applications for the Internet, yesterday said it entered a reseller agreement with BroadVision Inc., Redwood City, CA, that will allow BroadVision to market the BlueGill i-Series with BroadVision’s personalized online bill delivery and payment application.
The agreement will enable companies to create personalized billing statements containing targeted messages and affinity offers by accessing customer data.
BlueGill, Ann Arbor, MI, creates applications specific to certain markets, incorporating a variety of features such as e-mail notification, enrollment capabilities and analytical tools. The company is being acquired by CheckFree Holdings, Norcross, GA.
