Blattman Enters DMA Circ Hall of Fame

The Direct Marketing Association is inducting U.S. News & World Report circulation chief Susan H. Blattman into its Circulation Hall of Fame.

Blattman's induction takes place Feb. 7 during the DMA's 20th Annual Circulation Day at the New York Marriott Marquis. The ceremony honors individuals who have contributed to the circulation industry through professional achievement, creativity or community involvement.

A veteran of Whitney Communications, Conde Nast and Hearst Magazines, Blattman is currently senior vice president of consumer marketing at U.S. News & World Report in New York. She maintains the weekly magazine's 2 million rate base, newsstand-only specials and educational guides.

Blattner serves on the Audit Bureau of Circulations' Magazine Directors' Advisory Committee. She was also a member from 2002 to 2005 of the DMA Circulation Council Operating Committee.

Rob Gursha, president of Time Inc. Home Entertainment, was last year's DMA Circulation Hall of Fame inductee.
