Mail-order pharmacy Arcadia Resources Inc. gained the licensing rights to distribute the Sears Shop at Home catalog of home health and wellness products via direct mail and the Internet as a result of its acquisition of Rite at Home Healthcare Products LLC, Arcadia said yesterday.
Rite at Home, Burr Ridge, IL, is a catalog outsourcing and product fulfillment company that creates and distributes Sears Shop at Home, a specialty catalog of Sears, Roebuck and Co., a wholly owned subsidiary of Sears Holdings Corp. The catalog offers health and wellness products including mobility aides, aides for daily living, adjustable beds and stairway lifts. The company also operates a companion Web site, searshealthandwellness.com.
Southfield, MI-based Arcadia has acquired multiple staffing and home healthcare businesses during the past year.
