The Bombay Company, Fort Worth, TX, announced last week an alliance with Amazon.com to sell Bombay, Bombay KIDS and Bombay Outlet products on Amazon.com, with a Bombay-branded store within Amazon's Home & Garden store.
Bombay will carry the same products at the same prices on Amazon.com that are available in Bombay's more than 380 U.S. brick-and-mortar stores and on www.bombaycompany.com.
Bombay KIDS — a line of stores featuring furniture, bedding and accessories for children — has a catalog; Web site, www.bombaykids.com; and 13 brick-and-mortar stores. Bombay plans to open 100 Bombay KIDS stores nationwide in the next three years.
