YardConnect.com, Seattle, on Friday said it will build an online marketplace for sawmills, brokers and lumberyards. The e-marketplace will be built by Internet service company Lante. It will resemble a stock or commodities exchange, with buyers and sellers setting bid prices, ask prices and limit offers. The e-marketplace is set to launch this summer.
