PostX, Cupertino, CA, a provider of secure electronic communications, said last week that Cascade Bank will use its Trusted Messaging solution.
The solution, to be integrated with the bank's call center, will let customers communicate sensitive information, including account inquiries, via e-mail to customer service representatives. It also will deliver electronic documents as secure HTML e-mail attachments to a customer's desktop without the need for a plug-in or software installation.
Cascade Bank serves the Puget Sound area with 16 offices in Snohomish and King counties in western Washington state.
