Telemessaging firm and contact center services provider The AnswerNet Network has acquired Proxy Communications, expanding its presence in the catalog and DRTV markets.
Plano, TX-based Proxy is a contact center outsourcer which provides order entry and customer service to catalog, Internet retail and DRTV clients.
As a result of the deal, AnswerNet, Princeton, NJ, www.answernet.com, now provides service to over 200 well-known catalog, Internet retail and DRTV companies.
So far this year, AnswerNet has acquired Unicall International, Fairlawn, OH, S&D Marketing, Philadelphia and AirPage, Helena, MT.
