Zions Bank Picks Harte-Hanks' Allink

Harte-Hanks Inc., San Antonio, and its Allink Daily Deposit Builder solution were selected by Zions First National Bank to increase retention of its high-value customers, the marketing company said yesterday.

Harte-Hanks made the announcement at the annual BAI's Retail Delivery Conference & Expo in Las Vegas. Zions Bank, a subsidiary of Zions Bancorporation, Salt Lake City, operates 130 full-service branches and 200 automated teller machines in Utah and Idaho.

Once opportunities are identified, Zions Bank will use Harte-Hanks' nexTouch lead distribution management tool to send alerts regarding uncharacteristic client activity to sales representatives. Zions Bank also will be able to measure and assess program performance, business rules and individual sales reps' performance with nexTouch.

Harte-Hanks also announced that its Advanced Data Quality service has been certified and licensed by the U.S. Postal Service as a full-service provider of NCOALink, a USPS product that enables accurate, up-to-date postal addressing in compliance with all mail deliverability and federal privacy requirements.
