Yankelovich Partners, Norwalk, CT, a strategic market research and database marketing firm, and Unica Technologies, Lincoln, MA, this week announced a strategic partnership to offer one-stop database marketing services. The two will work together to develop and implement client-centered Customer Relationship Management automation tools for analytical modeling, data mining and campaign management.
Using Unica's software technology, Yankelovich will supply strategic consulting, market research, analytic modeling analysis, database developments and implementation, and systems integration consulting services.
Unica also announced this month the integration of the Acxiom Data Network within Unica's marketing automation products. According to Unica, the combination of the two technologies will allow businesses to enhance existing Customer Relationships Management strategies as well as implement new ones.
Unica has also announced that it is releasing a new version of its Model 1 data mining application. New enhancements include: new ways to interactively control the model building; the ability to generate SAS code; new options for controlling client-server operations; an added security level; and several additional example data sets.
