SecretShopper Advantage measures which Web pages are most critical for a site. The system makes this determination by calculating the most frequently visited pages and monitors pages for problems that could lead to poor customer experiences.
Such problems could include “Page Not Found” errors, long page downloads, slow or improper transaction engine performance, and broken links to key pages such as the shopping cart and credit-card transaction pages.
In addition, SecretShopper Advantage offers firms comparative analysis with reports that monitor the performance of their competition.
Meanwhile, Affiliate Advantage was designed to measure performance and merchandising trends at affiliate sites for e-commerce firms.
The service offers reports that detail how effectively affiliates are placing an Affiliate Advantage client's site.
WebPartner said the reports would help affiliate managers better understand relationships among affiliate performance variables such as site availability, download time, link placement and revenue generated from each site.
The company also said both services are written in “plain English” for Internet newcomers. Client analysts are also available to evaluate site areas such as checkout and transactions.
