Webloyalty.com introduces Savings Key Software

Technology-based marketing services provider Webloyalty.com has launched Savings Key, a new software tool developed to help its Shopper Discounts & Rewards members earn savings, rebates and discounts.

Norwalk, CT-based Webloyalty said the downloadable software enables consumers to utilize their membership more efficiently and effectively while shopping online.

Not available to the general public, Savings Key software benefits the hundreds of thousands of members enrolled in Shopper Discounts & Rewards, a shopping discount subscription service that provides cash back rebates and instant discounts at more than 500 online sites.

Rick Fernandes, CEO and co-founder of Webloyalty.com, said the Savings Key provides services to Webloyalty’s e-commerce clients, merchant affiliates and members. For example, through the Savings Key application, Webloyalty.com can provide specific offers during holiday or back-to-school shopping that may increase market share for our e-commerce partners.

Currently, members earn rebates or use instant discounts by beginning their shopping transactions at the Shopper Discounts & Rewards Web site.

Basically, the Savings Key acts as a coupon that automatically appears at point-of-sale or a rebate that automatically mails itself in: the software eliminates steps and makes it easier for members to save money.

In addition, the Savings Key software is a member-initiated, easy-to-use download that includes clear system requirements and a license agreement.

In addition to confirming values, any rebates earned by a member of Shopper Discounts & Rewards will appear in their online account summary. Once rebates are approved by the merchants, members with greater than $5 in savings will automatically be issued a check, eliminating the need to mail in sales receipts for items purchased. The Savings Key program also provides coupons and calculates the member’s total savings.
