Direct marketing services provider Vertis purchased Elite Mailing & Fulfillment Services, a lettershop and mail presorting facility, Vertis said yesterday.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Elite, Bellmawr, NJ, has two facilities totaling 100,000 square feet of floor space and 250 employees. It has been a Vertis strategic partner since 1996, providing lettershop and presort services.
According to Vertis, Baltimore, the addition of Elite's facilities expands its inserting, commingling and mailing capabilities for direct mail campaigns.
