V12 Group has acquired Direct Marketing Associates, a Delray Beach, FL-based provider of pre-screened credit bureau and lender data for the mortgage industry and mortgage banking professionals. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Direct Marketing Associates said its product offerings include response driven mortgage data and turnkey direct mail programs, both of which will be added to the V12 Group suite of data driven marketing services.
Direct Marketing Associates’ CEO Adam House will remain with V12 Group and will continue to lead the division.
Red bank, NJ-based V12 Group is a provider of multichannel direct marketing services for a variety of industries.
The company said the acquisition strengthens V12 Group’s core data business, which is a key driver to the company’s acquisition strategy.
