Unisys, SAS and SIGMA Marketing Group announced yesterday a packaged business intelligence and marketing services solution called Z3 Customer Analytics, which the companies said transforms data gathered by customer relationship management applications into intelligence.
Z3 Customer Analytics is designed to help enterprises identify their most valuable customers, align selling propositions with customer values and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
It is powered by the ES7000 server from Blue Bell, PA-based Unisys. The solution uses data mining technology from SAS, Cary, NC, for revealing and predicting customer preferences and market trends, high-end predictive analytics, advanced data management and easy-to-use data access interfaces. Finally, it uses marketing and analytical services from SIGMA Marketing, a CRM marketing services provider in Rochester, NY.
It is available immediately. Prices include server hardware, storage, software and complete services and range from under $1 million to about $2 million.
