Tremor Network, a provider of contextual targeting technology, completed the acquisition of Dynadco, the creator of Ad-inStream. The acquired company's Ad-inStream product is an in-stream video ad scheduling offering that uses third-party ad logic servers to deliver relevant ads to individual viewers.
Dynadco will lose its name. Its founding CEO, Jesse Chenard, now becomes the chief technology officer of Tremor, New York.
Combined with Dynadco, Tremor will offer in-banner and in-stream ad solutions as well as rich media and video advertising through a network serving 60 million unique users a month.
