Integrated relationship marketing firm Townsend Agency, Rosemont, IL, was named agency of record for SurePayroll.com, a 100 percent Internet-based payroll service.
Townsend’s first marketing campaign for the client targets small business owners in eight metropolitan areas.
“The campaign integrates offline direct with a variety of Web marketing techniques, including a Web-based demonstration of the service,” said David Ives, Townsend’s president.
“We will integrate all direct channels on a database marketing platform. This will allow us to gather detailed customer and prospect information, monitor results and continually improve our efforts.”
