Tickets.com Expands Pact With Brewers

Tickets.com yesterday signed an expanded multi-year agreement with the Milwaukee Brewers baseball team.

The company will begin providing call center and retail-ticketing distribution services at Miller Park, the team’s new stadium. The Brewers had previously done all their offline ticketing inhouse.

The company also provides online ticketing for the Brewers through the company’s agreement with MLB Advanced Media, the interactive media company of Major League Baseball.

Tickets.com will also provide ticketing for other events at Miller Park.

The company also received a delisting notice from Nasdaq yesterday after its stock failed to meet the market’s $1 bid minimum. The stock has traded below $1 since early November.

Tickets.com was granted a hearing for May 10 before a Nasdaq Qualifications Panel to consider the company's continued listing. Tickets.com's common stock will continue to be traded on the Nasdaq National Market pending a final decision by the panel.
