Think Partnership, Clearwater, FL, completed its acquisition of online lead generation company iLead Media Inc., Pleasant Grove, Utah.
To close the acquisition, Think Partnership paid the shareholders of iLead $9.2 million in cash and will issue shares in the company’s stock.
iLead CEO Brady Whittingham and vice presidents David Nelson and Robert Seolas will continue to manage iLead’s business.
Think Partnership, which owns several online and offline marketing firms, said earlier this week it is moving its headquarters from Northbrook, IL, to Clearwater.
