Teleperformance USA, a subsidiary of international teleservices giant SR.Teleperformance, completed a merger with two U.S. call center agencies.
Market USA and SAC Teleperformance come under the Teleperformance USA umbrella to form a corporation with annual revenue of about $170 million.
Market USA, Des Plaines, IL, operates 19 call centers and employs 3,000 people. Teleperformance USA bought the company in May 2001.
Daytona Beach-based SAC Teleperformance operates centers in Abilene, TX, Ormond Beach and Orange City, FL, with 340 workstations. The company became part of Teleperformance USA in 1999.
The newly merged companies provide inbound and outbound teleservices, including customer acquisition, customer care and catalog sales, to a variety of industries. These include cable providers, financial services, energy providers, membership clubs and telecommunications providers.
