Synergistix Data Solutions, a developer of sales force automation tools for the pharmaceutical industry, yesterday announced a strategic alliance with Epsilon.
Offerings from Synergistix and Epsilon will be combined to help pharmaceutical reps improve productivity, increase sales effectiveness and achieve better inventory management and sample accountability.
The solution combines Epsilon's EAS-E Tracker, a platform that provides compliance, data management, Web services and customer services support for pharmaceutical companies, with Synergistix's Call Activity Tracking System, a sales force automation and customer relationship management tool.
Under the alliance, Wakefield, MA-based Epsilon will provide analytics, data hosting, security and dedicated customer service capabilities. Synergistix, Hollywood, FL, will provide a front-end hardware and software platform to extend the accountability features of EAS-E Tracker.
