Eddie Bauer yesterday debuted the Eddie Bauer Sport Shop, a new casual-clothing line that includes rugby shirts, oxfords, sweatshirts, T-shirts and denim.
Through several promotions, Eddie Bauer offers consumers a chance to win an Eddie Bauer Special Edition Sporting Trailer.
Select malls and Eddie Bauer stores in the Chicago, San Francisco Bay, Pacific Northwest and Washington, DC, areas will feature displays of the trailer. Sixteen locations will display the trailer through mid-September to support the Sport Shop Sweepstakes, offering the trailer and a two-year Ford Explorer lease.
Consumers can register at all Eddie Bauer locations and eddiebauer.com. The contest began yesterday and runs through Sept. 9.
In addition, Instant Win game pieces will be distributed via direct mail. Consumers can redeem Instant Win pieces at all Eddie Bauer retail locations. Sports Illustrated and Men's Health readers also will get special game pieces in their August issues.
The Mobile Sport Shop Tour, comprised of an Eddie Bauer Special Edition Sporting Trailer pulled by an Eddie Bauer Ford Explorer, will visit concert and sporting venues in the Seattle area in August and September. Instant Win pieces will be distributed, and Eddie Bauer Sport Shop products will be displayed.
