Communications provider SureWest, Roseville, CA, will implement InStranet Inc.'s call center productivity and self-service application in its customer-care contact centers, InStranet said yesterday.
Financial details of the agreement were not disclosed.
InStranet's Contact Centers In-Line application speeds service at centers by facilitating access to information, InStranet said.
Also, InStranet, Chicago, will present self-service options on SureWest's Web site to reduce inbound calls, InStranet said.
The application also provides analytics and reporting, letting SureWest track and measure content use.
